Friday 27.09.24

On Friday we will start with a Welcome Jam from 6 – 8 pm, which serves as a dance exchange among each other. Afterwards there will be a Q&A with the invited dancers. Here you have the chance to take their knowledge and their knowledge with you.

Saturday 28.09.24

Saturday will start with the preselection for the battles from 1 pm – 4 pm. After that our Main Event will start at 5 pm. There you can expect the battles, showcases and more.

Sunday 29.09.24

On Sunday, workshops in Hip Hop and Popping will be given by the judges, who you could experience at the Battle the day before. Thus, from 1 pm – 7 pm the last festival day is designed.

Our Improve Yourself Dance Festival is an international urban dance event that takes place from 27.09. to 29.09.2024 in Bochum. A diverse program around dancing fills the three festival days. Jams, workshops, battles and showcases offer everyone an insight into the urban dance scene and the opportunity to try out dancing. Experience international dancers and learn from them.
